PM Modi Slams RJD in Bihar Rally: Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched a sharp attack on the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) during an election rally in Bihar on Saturday, accusing the opposition party of trying to turn the state’s youth into hooligans. He contrasted the RJD’s alleged approach with the NDA’s focus on empowering the young generation through education, technology, and entrepreneurship.
Addressing the gathering in Sitamarhi — which votes on November 11 in the second phase of the Bihar Assembly elections — Modi said the NDA government is working to provide computers, sports equipment, and startup opportunities to the youth, while the RJD is “talking about giving them pistols.”
“These people want to make their own children chief ministers, ministers, MPs, and MLAs. But for your children, they want to make them rangdaars (goons). Bihar will never accept this,” said the Prime Minister. “Jungle Raj means pistols, cruelty, corruption, and enmity,” he added, referring to the RJD’s rule in the past.
Continuing his attack, Modi said the RJD’s election campaign itself reveals its priorities. “If you listen to their campaign songs and slogans, you’ll shiver. What they want for the children of Bihar is evident from what’s being promoted on their platforms. Innocent children are being made to say that they want to become gangsters,” he alleged.
The Prime Minister emphasized that the NDA’s vision for Bihar is centered on creating opportunities for innovation, startups, and skill development — enabling the state’s youth to lead India’s growth story rather than fall prey to lawlessness.
With Bihar heading into the crucial second phase of polling, Modi’s strong remarks signal the NDA’s attempt to contrast its development agenda with the RJD’s alleged record of misgovernance.
