ESIC Senior Resident Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for ESIC Senior Resident Recruitment 2026 must meet the eligibility criteria as per NMC (National Medical Commission) guidelines.
- For Sl. No. 1 to 21 posts, qualifications must be as per the Gazette Notification dated 30 June 2025.
- For Sl. No. 22 to 25 posts, candidates must hold a Master’s Degree or Diploma in the relevant specialty.
- MBBS candidates with at least 3 years of experience in the concerned department are also eligible, subject to NMC norms.
- Maximum Age Limit: 45 years
ESIC Senior Resident Salary 2026
Candidates selected under this recruitment will receive an attractive salary package:
- Basic Pay: ₹67,700 per month (Pay Level-11)

- TA + DA on TA
Total Monthly Salary: Up to ₹1,39,462
Selection Process for ESIC Recruitment 2026
- Selection will be done only through Walk-in-Interview
- No written exam will be conducted
- The appointment will be contract-based
- Private practice is not allowed during the contract period
- Selected candidates must submit a ₹30,000 security deposit
- The amount will be forfeited if the candidate leaves the job before 9 months
