- Chemical Engineering: 5 posts
- Civil Engineering: 14 posts
- Computer Engineering: 4 posts
- Electrical Engineering: 44 posts
- Instrumentation Engineering: 7 posts

In total, 124 Management Trainee (Technical) positions will be filled.
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have a B.E. / B.Tech degree from a recognized university with at least 65% marks in all semesters.
Age Limit for SAIL MT 2025
The maximum age limit is 28 years.

SAIL MT Training Stipend & Salary Structure
Selected candidates will receive attractive salary benefits:
- Training Period Stipend: ₹50,000 per month
- After successful completion of one-year training, candidates will be appointed as Assistant Manager (E1 Grade)
- Salary Range: ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000 per month

Final Merit List Weightage
- CBT: 75%
- GD: 10%
- PI: 15%
Only candidates who qualify the CBT will be called for GD and Interview.
